Enforcement

Action against your Operator licence can come as a result of a DVSA stop, an accident or an external representation. It commonly starts with either a Remote Enforcement request or DVSA visit. The first thing to do is get advice, we see so many people going to Public Inquiry because they didn’t correctly respond to this first level of enforcement. It's far better to nip things in the bud before the problem escalates putting your Operators licence at risk.

At Plumwood we will help you pull together any evidence required and use our experience to help you respond to the request. If you have had a DVSA visit we can work with you to implement a response to any unsatisfactory items identified. We will work with you to create an action plan to present to the authorities and try to avoid any further action. Should the worst happen and a Public Inquiry is called, we can advise on how to respond, work with legal representatives and provide an action plan to help you present your case to the Traffic Commissioner.
